Trainer, Assessor and IQA/EQA Competency Policy
At Clarivive MedInsight Ltd, the competence and professionalism of trainers, assessors and quality assurance personnel are essential to delivering credible and effective healthcare education.
Our policy explains the expectations for relevant qualifications, occupational competence, teaching and assessment skills, quality assurance knowledge and continuing professional development (CPD).
We aim to ensure that personnel are appropriately selected, inducted, supported and monitored, with their competence reviewed against the requirements of their assigned roles and training programmes.
The policy also addresses the responsibilities of Internal Quality Assurers (IQA) and arrangements for cooperating with External Quality Assurance (EQA) processes where applicable.
