- Certificates do not constitute qualifications, licences, statutory authorisation, or regulatory approval.

5. Access to Learning Materials and Records
- Access to learning materials, assessments, certificates, and learner records is provided through Clarivive MedInsight’s secure Learning Management System (LMS).
- Access is restricted to authorised users only and subject to appropriate access controls.
- Public access to assessment tools, certification systems, or learner records is not provided.
6. Reasonable Adjustments and Accessibility
- Clarivive MedInsight is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion in line with the Equality Act 2010.
